At BAHA Enterprises, LLC (“BAHA”, “we” or “us” or “our”), we respect the privacy of our Users (“User,” “your” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website i.e., www.bahaenterprises.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”) and all associated Services i.e., including but not limited to advisory and validation services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other website or digital service that you may be able to access through this Site. Each of those third-party websites may have their own privacy policy and that may differ from our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site and the Services is governed by this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy describes how BAHA collects and uses the Personal Information you provide on, and other information that is collected from your use of the Site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. Personal Information

d. Data from Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys

e. HIPAA and PHI
Under a federal law called the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), some demographic, health and/or health-related information that BAHA collects as part of providing access to the Site and the Services, may be considered as protected health information (“PHI”). Specifically, when BAHA receives identifiable information from you including but not limited to information about any current diseases or health conditions that you may have, this information is considered PHI.

5. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and our Services and improve your experience.
a. Cookies
“Cookies” are small computer files transferred to your computing device that contain information such as user ID, user preferences, lists of pages visited and activities conducted while using the Site and the Services. We use Cookies to improve or tailor the Services or customize advertisements by tracking navigation habits, measuring performance, storing authentication status so re-entering credentials is not required, customizing user experiences with the Site and the Services and for analytics and fraud prevention.

“Web Beacons” are tiny graphic image files embedded in a web page or email that may be used to collect information about the use of our Site and the Services, the websites of selected advertisers and the emails, special promotions or newsletters that we send. The Site may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. 7. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

8. POLICY FOR CHILDREN
Our Site and/or our Services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to our Site and/or our Services. Specifically, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on our Site or our Services. Additionally, if you are under 13, please do not provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
10. USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
Please note that Site and our Services are only available for use in the United States (“US”). Do not access and use our Site and Services if you reside outside the US. Please be aware that information you provide to BAHA may be processed and transferred to the US and be subject to applicable US. The privacy and data protection laws in the US may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence.
Our Site and/or Services are not available for use and download in the European Union, European Economic Area and in Switzerland. Currently, we are not providing Services in the European Union, European Economic Area and in Switzerland. Please do not register for our Services if you live in anywhere in the European Union, European Economic Area or in Switzerland. If we discover any unauthorized registration on our Site, we reserve the right to terminate the registration.
By using the Site and/or the Services, or by providing BAHA with your information (as detailed under this Privacy Policy), you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the US. BAHA will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 11. OPTIONS REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
a. Account Information
You may at any time review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
b. Emails and Communications
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by contacting us using the contact information provided. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
12. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of Personal Information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared Personal Information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site.
